Work Terms

I like to work in a structured manner, starting with planning, then development, testing and deployment.

Each project will be divided into three phase, all of which are composed of several subsections:

1.Planning and Design
a.Planning and Brainstorming. Initially the Developer explores different alternatives and come up with a solution that is satisfying to the Client.
b.Concept and Design. Once an initial idea has been established, several concepts and ideas are prepared graphically to visualize the idea.

2.Development and Testing
a.Development. Once a project design has been chosen, the development of the project begins.
b.Testing and Approval. Upon completion, before any project can be launched, proper testing will be conducted by both the Client and the Developer.

3.Training and Deployment
a.Training. Depending on the project, user training will be conducted or, alternatively, user instructions will be provided.
b.Deployment. Once the project is finalized and approved by the Client, the rights to the project will be transferred to the Client.
c.Support. Once the project has been complete, the Developer will be available for further support and assistance as needed.I divide all my work up in several sections:

A cost estimate is typically provided before any development begins.

I communicate primarily through e-mail or instant messaging. I expect prompt feedback and replies to communication during the project to ensure client satisfaction.
