Highlights

I have been in the production and development fields for nearly 20 years. I began my career in video production, computer graphics and animation, working on both broadcast and corporate projects. In the mid 90's I began working with some of today’s leading software developers as a consultant/beta tester to help them refine their product offerings. During this period I also began working with human interface design and interactive content development for the web.

As the Internet matured it was a natural transition for me to apply both my graphic design and programming skills towards web-based development. Over the past 5+ years the majority of my work has been in "ground-up" development of corporate websites, computer-based training vehicles and stand-alone web applications.

Today I am very much involved in the "SaaS" (Software as a Service) model. In the past 18 months I have been awarded major contracts for the design and development of two different SaaS-based applications. My unique combination of graphics and programming skills along with my extensive creative design and product marketing experience enabled me to successfully deliver both of these applications. Both of these products are now operational and growing.

In addition to short-term project work (which I very much enjoy) and the consultation aspect of my business, I am also slated to develop my third SaaS application later this year.

For short-term development projects I prefer to work through Guru's SafePay Escrow service for payment. Non credit-card based payment is also appreciated.

I am open in terms of communication. I find that it is usually most efficient to start a project with a teleconference to clearly understand goals and objectives, etc. From there I tend to prefer email-based communications whenever possible.

I do not work from home, and I maintain regular office hours (approx. 9a - 6p M/F). However, I am very used to working evenings, weekends, whatever-it-takes when project deadlines are a factor.
