Work Terms

My process starts with the gathering and analysis of your requirements which will then allow me to define and scope a solution that will fit your Business needs. A professional proposal and bid will be provided to you for review and approval. Once approved, we will negotiate an acceptable schedule for a final solution to be delivered.

All completed and delivered applications are user tested to verify documented requirements are met. Unanticipated bugs & defects will be addressed through release updates.

A Standard deposit of 25% is required to begin work, but terms and conditions can be negotiated to link milestones and project goals to pre-defined installment payments.

If located within 50 miles of Miami, FL On-Site consultations are available. Project work outside of this geographic zone will be conducted via email, phone, and online meetings using Skype or Team Viewer.

I am available for questions and support from 9:00am to 8:00pm Mon - Sat. Emergency support is provided via email and response times are within 2 hrs.
