Work Terms

Project Management: Our project management team in Atlanta works with clients to gather project requirements. Once project requirements are completed, project milestones and deliverables are established. We then allocate tasks to the development team. All development teams have a Team Lead and that Team Lead is responsible for making sure the coding standards and technical requirements are being followed. After a milestone or application development is complete, the application is tested by the QA team and the Project Manager before it is delivered to the customer.
Communication:
We use central desktop http://www.centraldesktop.com/ to track projects. Our clients get daily project status reports through the central desktop application. Weekly project status reports are submitted by the project manager.
We use gotomeeting www.gotomeeting.com to conduct online meetings and conference calls.
Ownership of the Code:
Our clients have 100% ownership of the code we develop.
