Getting more money to my client's bottom line by improving business processes is my mission.

A recent example includes automating a client's payroll process by integrating their remote store payroll hours report with a web-based payroll module designed and written by myself. This full feature program includes ACH file preparation for Direct Deposit. The client’s payroll process was reduced from 4 hours to less than 30 minutes.

I have developed, over the years, core accounting and management modules that are designed to be easily customizable for each client's specific needs. This approach reduces the amount of time and money necessary to produce software that supports how the client wants to operate their business rather than forcing them to operate the way the software requires.

I generally prefer a fixed fee agreement for any large projects with 50% down and the balance on completion. Small jobs are usually done on an hourly basis and billed on a weekly basis.
