I have over 6 domains that rank on the first page in Google for certain keywords and have owned the #1 spot for certain keywords for over 6 months through solid SEO integration and validated code.

I currently work out of my home but would be open to traveling locally or domestically if accomodations were a part of the compensation or budget for the project.
I keep an excellent open communication policy with everyone that I work with and will make it a priority. I do prefer a deposit normally to ensure that my services are needed.
I am usually available but if I am working on another project, I will be up front and let you know the basics and when I will be available. Many times I have completed multiple projects at once, on time, and with great quality.
