AVAILABILITY:
As I am a part-time student and a full-time mother, I am only typically available for about 20 hours each week to complete tasks. Most of that work is done after 9 or 10pm, as my daughters go to bed then. But I can be available during the day if necessary.
I also don't work outside my house unless there is room for my daughters to play on site (both are very little). I have family to watch them occasionally for a few hours if necessary, but I am their primary caregiver and I refuse to give up that role. I really wouldn't mind working on site if my daughters are welcome as well. As that is rare, working from home is, for the most part, a must.
