Work Terms
|
ideally I like to find out the needs of my client and put together a proposal. The digital signature and initial payment (either set as monthly or 30% down as check, money order or Paypal) will begin the project. A timeline is set to get any relevant materials I might need to complete the project and depending on the size of the project a 'first run' deadline is set. (Usually a quarter of the time needed to complete entire project).
Communication can be by phone, email or most commonly instant messaging. Through IM I am available all business hours.
Upon satisfaction and completion of the project, I will final invoice you on net 15 or net 30 terms or in the case of monthly billing you will get a statement sent at the first of each month.
Project will have a set start and end date. After this time hourly billing will incur on per project basis.
