Work Terms

• Payment Method:
All transactions are made exclusively through Guru's SafePay Escrow. I only work with employers who agree to the Escrow service.
• Terms: Escrow funding in full prior to beginning the project. I request a deposit release from escrow (generally 1/2 of the total project cost) in order to begin work on a project. Balance is due upon completion.
• Communication:
All communication with employers can be handled via e-mail or phone. On specific projects that may entail conversations daily, twice daily or weekly. The amount may vary by project. I generally prefer an initial conversation to get the project underway and I follow up with a confirmation of the guidelines for the project.
• General Availability:
Work hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern time).
• Feedback/Endorsement:
To build up my rank on Guru.com, I need to earn positive feedback from my employers. I would very much appreciate my employers leaving feedback when a project is completed as this strengthens my credibility within the community.
