I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in journalism. I have worked at the local newspaper for the past four years, where my job includes both layout/design of the newspaper and updating the newspaper's website. I've also been designing websites on my own time for the past four years.

Unlike most other designers, I am completely fluent in HTML and CSS. I do not rely on Adobe Dreamweaver to do the job for me.

Work Terms

When I start a project, I focus all of my attention on that project before I start another. I like to have the employer's expectations,of me and the project, laid out before I begin. Once we've discussed exactly what the project will entail, we can agree on how long it will take.

As I'm working on a project, I am happy to make my progress available to the employer via my host server. I've found this gives customers peace of mind that the job is getting done and it's heading in the direction they had in mind. I'm available for questions, comments and any other communication any time. Unless required, I do not typically work on projects on weekends.

I require half of the payment before I start a project and the other half before the project is uploaded/delivered to the employer. As previously stated, I am more than happy to put an example of the finished work on my server so employers can see what they're paying for.
