I work from home and have for a number of years. I am organized and used to working with deadlines.

For the last four years, I worked as an independant contractor for BabyZone.com where deadlines were weekly. My duties there included writing a weekly newsletter introductory paragraph, keeping an events calendar loaded with local family-friendly events, researching and writing about local parent resources, seeding a message board, and blogging. I also volunteered and was selected to work on various special projects such as temporary guiding of other cities, site clean-up, and others. In addition to my work from home experience, I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from Baker College where I graduated Summa cum Laude and an extensive background in traditional administrative offices.

Payments are excepted both through Guru SafePay (preferred) or Paypal.

Communications:
I prefer to communicate via e-mail and usually check e-mails every 2-3 hours during business hours. On occasion, I may also accept telephone calls. I have unlimited long-distance within the US and have no problem making a call out either.

General Availability:
As a work-at-home-mom, I work strange hours (sometimes at 2am!). I check email as stated above during the hours of 7am to 5pm EST and sometimes later than that! I will only accept phone calls from 10am to 9pm EST. I am usually not available on Wednesdays or Sundays as I take my boys places on those days.
