My 10 year teaching background has given me much opportunity to develop my skills in the area of Administrative Support. I was responsible for keeping student grades updated electronically, contacting parents either by telephone or by email daily, making tests and assignments using different computer programs, etc. I attended several District offered workshops on different computer programs such as Word and Excel. And most recently I was the co-editor of a community newletter, usually 14 to 16 pages in length, which was distributed both electronically and by hard copy.
