Software Skills:	Have done mostly data entry for the past four years, but prior to that I worked as an in-court-clerk for 16 years. Since I live in Boise, Idaho I worked for Judges in Ada County, and Boise City. I did all typing of Decisions, Orders, Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law, letters, and any other typing associated with that position. My software skills are in Microsoft Word and my proficiency level at this time is about 40 words per minute. That will increase as I am using the software again.

Work Terms

Payment Method
For any short-term or one-time projects - One-half of the payment must be submitted through Guru escrow prior to the start of any work.

For long-term, on going projects - A minimum of $100.00 must be submitted through Guru escrow prior to the start of any work as a good faith commitment, and will be applied to the beginning hours of work (based on an hourly rate). Subsequently, invoicing will be done weekly on Friday after 6:00p.m.

Late fees - There will be a 2% late fee on any payment later than 30 days, and an additional 2% will be added for each 30 days thereafter.

Preferred communication - 1st preference is e-mail allowing all communication to be in writing, making sure there is complete understanding of the project on both sides. I will also, of course, be available by phone.

Availability - Normally I will have 20 to 25 hours a week available for any project and can be contacted by e-mail or phone conversations from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. I will sometimes work on week-ends, but will not be available for conversations unless an emergency arises. Then you can contact me and we will attempt to work out a schedule that is acceptable to both of us.
