With over 25 years of office administrative support I am an excellent typist and transcriptionist. Typing and transcribing is my expertise as this is what I have done the most. While I have not formally done customer service work, my experience as a labor relations representative is a good background for being able to assist and negotiate with others. In doing this combined with my typing skills - I can listen, type notes, enter data all at the same time very well.

Work Terms

I am only interested in virtual jobs - meaning working from home. I am available via yahoo instant messenger, msn messenger, e-mail, or skype however many times a day or week the employer desires.

I prefer payment through SafePay Escrow. Payment can be made in the form of check, e-check, or wire transfer funds. I also have a paypal account.

I am available to work between 9am and 5pm Monday thru Friday; however, I can also work some evening hours and some weekends if necessary. This is negotiable.

I have a work code of ethics whereby I will work to my best ability. I will communicate if and whenever a question arises. If I bid on a job and complete it in a shorter time period, I will not expect to be paid beyond the actual time put in the job.

I will request from the employer to communicate as best they can on the job requirements and also communicate if a problem arises so we can work it out together.
