Work Terms
|
Potential transcription clients:
Minimum rate per transcription is $75 per audio hour. Non-US based clients, or poor audio quality, will result in higher hourly fee (to be discussed before project starts).
Payment terms:
New clients will be expected to fund an escrow account for estimated project cost, or for one week of services (if work is to be ongoing). A release of escrow will be requested at the end of the project (or weekly, if applicable), once the client has a chance to review submitted work.
Invoicing is acceptable once a working relationship has been established. For new clients escrow protects both parties' interest and is my preferred way to establish a long-term working relationship.
