an affordable and efficient virtual administration service.

a team for our clients. While you will always have one dedicated person working with you on your

It is the utmost priority that your company's information stays confidential in
order to protect your assets.
Rates
The rates below reflect generally what you can expect to pay. Each project is treated individually in regards to fees.
Minimum Hourly: $15/hr USD+
Audio Transcription: $40/audio hour USD**
Minutes (recorded): $30 USD** (one hour or less)
Minutes (attending/live): $32/hr USD**
Project Management: $40/hr USD+

Work Terms

Payment/Invoicing Policy (updated 4/21/11)
Short-term or One-time Projects - Payment will be submitted via Guru Escrow prior to the start of any work.
Long-term, ongoing Projects - Prepayment will be submitted and released via Guru Escrow in the amount of 5 X the hourly rate agreed upon. This will be applied toward the first hours worked. Invoicing thereafter done weekly on Sundays.
LATE FEES: Any invoice that is outstanding 30 days will be charged a $25 late fee, and each 30 days thereafter an addition $25 late fee will be added.
Preferred Communication
Primary means - email and Skype. This allows a safety net for us to capture all information, questions, and understanding of the project and its responsibilities in writing.
I am, of course, available via phone and Gmail Chat.
Availability
We are typically available M-F 8am-5pm EST. We observe major holidays but let our clients know if we are going to be "out of the office" at those times.
Weekend/emergency work can be done on if needed for a premium rate.
