Work Terms
|
Statement of Work (SOW): A SOW will be required for each project. It will set forth the purpose and scope of the project, the responsibilities of the parties [Rao Design Group (RDG) and "the client"], the deliverable materials, completion criteria, estimated schedule, compensation arrangement, and any other specific requirements.
Workmanship: RDG will perform the work outlined in the SOW in a professional and timely manner. The work will be of a high grade, nature, and quality. The client will have ample opportunity to review the work to ensure it meets all requirements set forth in the SOW. Any deficiencies found by the client will be remedied by RDG posthaste.
Insurance: RDG maintains, at its own expense, worker's compensation, unemployment, and liabiiity insurance.
Confidentiality: RDG will sign a non-disclosure contract at the request of the client. RDG agrees not to disclose, divulge, or reproduce any confidential materials/ information entrusted to it during the term of the project.
Communication: RDG prefers to use email so that all communications are saved for reference throughout the project. RDG agrees to accommodate additional communication modes (e.g., weekly status calls) requested by the client.
General Availability: By agreement with client based on project needs.
Payment Method: SafePay Escrow
Feedback/Endorsement: Upon completion of the project, RDG respectfully requests that the client provide feedback and endorsement on Guru.com.
