I have extensive experience in the daily operation of a professional office, including but not limited to general office typing, data entry, composition of business letters, filing and follow-up of dental & medical insurance, newsletters, letters of recommendation, resumes, filing, copying, computer & printer troubleshooting.
I create, organize, design, present and implement ideas for team and organizational fundraisers, newsletters, t-shirts, and sports programs.
I generally use Microsoft Word, or Publisher to create brochures, programs, menus, fundraisers, editing, transcription of spoken word into written word, self-expression through written word. I use MS Excel for accounting, record keeping and payroll - using formatting and graphing capabilities, but also have experience with Quicken & QuickBooks.
As the previous owner of a small seasonal business, I have experience with PR, advertising, merchandising, display, sales, inventory and ordering, customer service and employee relations including scheduling, payroll, employee welfare, and employee incentives & rewards.

Availability: I am usually available 24-7 for your convenience. I prefer to work late evening or early morning hours, but am pretty flexible.
Communication: I prefer contact be made through email, although I also use text & instant messaging on mobile phone as well as through the computer. I am available by phone if necessary.
Payment Terms: I prefer using SafePay or SafePay Escrow through Guru.com (additional fees are added for both the employer and freelancer when paying by PayPal and Credit Cards). Payment is expected upon successful completion of work.
