My number one goal and priority is to make the user feel comfortable
with the software--this means getting continuous feedback from the user
to ensure that learning is taking place. I have been learning and using
Microsoft's software for the last eight years and teaching it for the
last five years. Additionally, over the last five years I also taught
users how to use the Microsoft as well as Mac operating systems along
with various kinds of software (see software section). I love what I
do--I love teaching and helping others! For a fresh, innovative, and
