Transcripts will be provided in MS Word format (2003) unless otherwise requested. Additional formats are free of charge.

Turnaround time is 3-5 days at my standard rate starting at $1 per audio minute. Faster service available at negotiated rates. I am experienced in Medical Transcription and many other technical fields.
We offer time stamps for the Motion Picture and Television industries. Embed your SMPTE signal on one track of a stereo MP3 file and I can insert that data into your finished transcript.
We transcribe: Academic, Medical, Public Speaking, Litigation, Interviews, Personal Dictation, Business meetings, Conference calls, Focus groups, Press briefings, Lectures, Radio shows, Multi-media and much more.
We offer document Scanning and OCR services as well.
We also offer english to spanish and spanish to english Certified Translation at $25 per page.
All work is done in the U.S.

This includes, number of minutes of audio, quality of audio, number of speakers, if your speakers native english speakers and if not where are they native to, if your audio needs special formatting, if it is specific to a technical field (medical,legal,ect.) , what form your audio is in (MP3, DIV, Tapes, Video, ect.), amount of turn around time needed, and if you would like to negotiate rates what sort of budget you are trying to meet.
