Converted hard copy manuals to usable, electronic versions. · Conducted numerous lunch-and-learn sessions at CB Richard Ellis on various Microsoft applications. · Attended multiple training sessions on the Microsoft Office Suite to keep skills current. As a result, I have been utilized as a resource when coworkers had problems they were unable to solve. · Identified, recommended, and implemented numerous efficiencies in the workplace ranging from a new style mailing label that eliminated waste to automating electronic forms.
