We have management teams that monitor the performance of all virtual employees at 1:15 ratio so we do the monitoring and QA same as you do.
We currently have an in-house VA team of 55 but as we cater to more and more clients, we are sourcing from home-based workers with exceptional qualifications, solid experience with customer service, call center or web services, validated fast and stable internet connection and up to date PC specifications. 4. You interview candidates through Skype
5. You decide whom to hire
6. We contract the candidate on your behalf and handle the HR requirements
7. Our sophisticated project management system accurately tracks time and record screenshots giving you a good idea of the employee's progress as if you are in the same office.
BILLING REQUIREMENTS:
There is no security deposit required for clients from Guru.com. Once we are awarded with the project, a dedicated employee is ready to start anytime and billing is a month after, payable through Paypal or Guru SafePay.
