As the Office Manager of ATP Industries Inc. I learned how to effectively run a business from every aspect. From answering the phones, assisting the company President, fixing office equipment, running payroll and hiring new employees, everyday I learned something new. Eight years of experience taught me all there is to know about the HVAC industry, an industry that was very new to me when I first started. Last year changes in my personal life brought me to Cincinnati, OH.
It’s hard to believe I began my career at ATP Industries Inc. as a receptionist, but after eight years I was promoted to VP of Operations. I helped to expand the company from a three-employee HVAC Sales Representative office to a 20-employee HVAC Sales and Service company while still maintaining most of the duties I was responsible for in previous years. During that time my superiors saw that I knew how to make changes, accomplish any goal I was given and learn new responsibilities effectively.
