Work Terms

Communication: We assign a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to each of our client. SPOC is responsible to maintain an effective, quick and clear communication with you throughout your association with us and take care of all your queries/concerns and feedback.

Payments: There are two ways in which you can hire dedicated resources for your project i.e. on (i) Hourly Basis and (ii) Fixed Price basis.

Hourly based project model is suitable to those who are not sure of their requirements and cannot freeze their requirements initially. In case you opt for hourly basis, you will be required to pay the upfront amount of at least 80 hours. If your project/work will be completed within 80 hours, we will provide you the credit note for the rest of the time which you may use as per your convenience.

In case of fixed price, you will be required to freeze the requirements and specifications prior to the commencement of the project. In his project model, you will be required to pay an upfront amount of 30% to 50% depending upon the total decided price of the project and the complexity of the project. Rest of the amount will be paid in installments. Installment will be paid each time we achieve the pre-decided milestone.

Agreement: Depending upon the opted payment basis (fixed or hourly), work terms are mutually discussed and accepted between the Company and the Client. The agreement includes the final proposal having clear deliveries based milestones, assumptions, support period along with standard business terms.

It should be noted here, that in order to keep smooth and painless project flow we require our clients to adhere to the project milestones and acceptance policy. That is, as soon as a milestone achieved and accepted, every new request concerning the previous stage shall be considered as an addition to the project scope.
