Work Terms

I am a very easy person to work with. These are some of the guidelines I follow.
Communication: I prefer to communicate via email whenever possible. This makes it easy to refer to customer requests and other things without having to take notes over the phone. I may have five or so emails with a customer before starting the actual illustration, in order to discuss project requirements and ideas. I receive emails almost immediately on my computer and phone, so I am easy to reach.
Timeline: After agreeing on terms for a given project, I provide the client with an estimated delivery date. This is the day that a final draft will be submitted to the client for approval. If significant changes are needed, a project may be extended by a few days. Usually I send rough drafts and stay in touch with each client, so both parties know what to expect, and when.
Quality: I have a high standard of quality for my work. I like my clients to be happy.
