Get It Right The First Time...... Call Me !
My success has been as an independent contractor as an appointment setter since 2005. Networking with C-Level Executives, Hiring Managers and key decision makers is where I thrive and will continue to develop new leads for future clients as well as a future employer.
My ideal role would be to work for a staffing firm that needs someone like myself to work remotely and create Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) for Account Managers to nurture and bring in new clients for the firm. I also am looking for an opportunity to become an entry level recruiter. Even though I know my experience lacks on the recruitment side, I understand the potential of the industry and would look forward to the challenge of sourcing candidates for various roles.
My key components about myself are being a self-motivated, self-disciplined, personable, persistent, and consistent individual and also having excellent team building skills. Communication skills, being challenged and dedicated to my job are my strengths.
Finally, I can take any problem and resolve it in a way that is profitable for the company and comforting to the consumer, by keeping a sense of humor in the process.
