However we will generally opt to stay away from open source technologies for mission critical or sensitive data situations since we want to make sure our clients will enjoy long term protection that only the largest companies can provide.
BlooGoo also employs a hyper-streamlined development process to keep costs low and development time short.
We also indicate our true hourly rate rather than pad hours. If a project takes us 10 hours, we report exactly that rather than making you wait so that we can pretend the project took 60 hours, but say we have a lower hourly rate.

AGREEMENTS
We are open to all non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements and contracts.
And you can be sure that these agreements will be 100% enforceable as we are a Colorado corporation and subject to the laws of both the state of Colorado and the US.
PAYMENT METHOD
We will use SafePay Escrow or direct payment - whatever your preference is.
We will accept Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer.
PAYMENT TERMS
On all initial projects we prefer an "up front" payment whether that payment is via escrow or direct payment. For additional projects, we will consider terms depending on project size.
For the smallest projects we generally use a 50% - 50% payment schedule, for medium projects a 33% - 33% - 34% schedule and for larger projects a 25% - 25% - 25% - 25% schedule.
We are willing to be flexible and discuss this with you.
COMMUNICATION
Our preferred method of communication is either telephone or email (we are located in Colorado). Email is preferable when a quick "back-and-forth" dialog is not necessary and large amounts of information need to be communicated.
