Bob Allen Design is a 'one man show' agency consisting of the principal, Bob Bartels, as the man in charge. I am currently working on my MA in Design Management at the University of Kansas.
My capabilities include, but are not limited to: brand identity, graphic design, industrial design, interaction design, and service design.

COMMUNICATION:
I prefer to work as closely as possible with my clients, but sometimes time and budgets just don't allow it. Luckily, we live in 2011 where cell phones, emails, and Skype accounts make working on projects with even the most remote of clients is as easy as meeting at a coffee shop.
PAYMENTS:
I work on the 1/2 and 1/2 system; 1/2 due at the beginning of project and 1/2 due upon completion. This is to ensure proper project funding as well as proof of client's ability to pay for services rendered.
AVAILABILITY:
I'm generally available all day, every day but prefer to keep contact within normal 9-5 CST business hours.
