WHAT I DO:
I am a business analyst, web developer, and business intelligence / reporting professional based in Castle Rock, Colorado. My focus is on working with small and medium sized business on projects and strategies that will help them reach their next phase of growth.
No matter how small or large the project I try to bring comprehensive project management to everything I do. You will understand where we are going before any work begins, have me available for update meetings as needed, be able to see and provide feedback during development, and have revisions made on the final product until you are satisfied. That is the way I like to work, and my goal is to build a productive long-term relationship with each client.
WHY IT WORKS:
I have been involved in project management, business intelligence / reporting, and technical development for over 17 years. Most of this as a business analyst architecting solutions, defining requirements, and ensuring all asks are successfully implemented for larger projects. The teams I have been a member of have a near 100% success rate for getting projects to launch. Many of these were multi-million-dollar enterprise sized efforts.
This background has given me a wealth of experience in navigating all phases of a project, and in dealing with conflicts and issues that arise. Every problem has a solution and every project is just a puzzle that needs to be solved.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT:
I view myself as a problem solver above all and like to handle several different areas of responsibility on a project. “That’s not my responsibility” is not a phrase I use, and I will do anything within my power to help my clients. Years ago, one of my former directors once told me that he appreciates that I always gave him what he needs and not just what he asked of me. That is something that I pride myself in as a professional. I strive to bring added value to everything I do.
