Payment Method: I prefer that payment be made with a check.
Communication: Communication is a big part in ensuring a successful professional relationship. I would prefer that communications be conducted at least weekly if not more than once a week to make sure that all parties are on the same page. Email and phone are both acceptable forms of communication and I would be comfortable with one or both methods.
