Healthcare Integrated Systems/EES project : Lead a team of developers tasked with completing the development of an N-tier web based Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment system for a National organization's Board of Pensions. Utilized Visual Studio.NET, .NET technologies and Object Oriented Design and Programming to resolve outstanding issues, add new functionality and re-engineer portions of the system. Utilized ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript to develop the presentation tier. Utilized VB.NET to develop the business tier, encapsulating and enforcing business rules which system relied heavily on to determine eligibility for members, their spouses and children. Utilized VB.NET and ADO.NET to develop the data tier, which created an interface with SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedures and Views. Utilized SQL Server 2000 Query Analyzer to create and modify Transact-SQL (T-SQL) based Stored Procedures, Views and Triggers. Visio was used to construct Use Case and Activity UML diagrams when designing new functionality. Visual SourceSafe was utilized for version control.
Healthcare Integrated Systems/LMC project : Developed a set of Reports for a hospitals Executive Management team to summarize staff and facility production information. Utilized SQL Server 2000, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Crystal Reports v8.5.
Conarc/iChannel project : As an Application and Database Architect and Developer, designed, developed and supported an N-tier web based Document Management/Collaboration System. Utilized Visual Studio v6, Objected Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming to develop an intranet/extranet solution for managing documents and any electronic collaboration regarding those documents. Utilized ASP, VBScript, HTML, CSS and JavaScript to develop the presentation tier. Utilized Visual FoxPro (v6, 7 & 8) (VFP) and Visual Basic v6 with ADO to develop the business and data tiers. Utilized SQL Server 2000 stored procedures, SQL and views to create an interface with the data tier. Utilized SQL Server 2000 Query Analyzer to create Transact-SQL (T-SQL) based Stored Procedures and Views. Utilized SQL 2000 Data Transformation Services (DTS) during client implementations to import legacy collaboration data. Utilized Visual Basic v6 (VB) to create an Add-in for Word, Excel and Outlook, which initiated a browser session to enabled the direct cataloging and retrieval of documents authored in these applications. Additionally for Outlook, utilized VB to enabled synchronization of Contacts in the Add-in. Utilized Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET C# and Active Reports to integrated user validation and session management for the reporting engine. Visio was used to construct Use Case, Activity and Class UML diagrams, as well as the logical Data Model. Visual SourceSafe was utilized for Version Control.
