Availability 8 am to 5pm Monday - Friday
1. English native speaker
2. Prefer software sales experience, but not 100% required
3. Ability to offer excellent customer service (Patience, understanding, and excellent communication)
4. Software skills: Excellent with Excel or Microsoft Access
5. High speed internet connection and international dialing ability (Skype account, etc)
6. Professional background noise (Can work from home, but no unexpected noise from dogs barking, etc while speaking with customer)
7. Desire to earn bonuses through increasing sales
8. Location in the Massachusetts or Connecticut area a plus
9. Data cleansing experience a plus
Daily activities
1. Supporting customer requests, walkthroughs of software, webinars, etc
2. Onboarding new customers and following up on a regular basis to insure they are satisfied with the product.
3. Sales (Following up with interested parties, suggesting web strategies, etc.)
