Work Terms

Estimates:
The estimate is provisional in so far as it is subject to changes in the price of raw materials, labor, materials supplied by a third party, production cost variations, changes briefed by the client after the estimate is issued, and changes to the costs of materials from a third party, and other circumstances that are beyond the control of Executive Consults.
Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties, payment is due 30 days from the issue date of the invoice. Delinquent bills will be assessed a $15 charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 5% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency.
Payment Gateways:
Our approved payment Gateways are Authorize.Net, PayPal, Google Checkout, and the Guru Payment System
Alterations:
Any revisions, alterations, or additional work requested by the Client and performed by Executive Consults outside of the original project description or after an approved estimate, will be billed in addition to the original approved Proposal/Estimate.
Confidentiality:
Each party acknowledges the confidentiality of the other party's confidential information. Neither party will gain a right or interest in the other party's confidential information, other than for the purposes contemplated by these Terms.
