Work Terms

We do not have a set of fixed rules. We are flexible and will discuss on a case by case basis, however payments are transact through SafePay and Escrow
This provides the best security for the Employer demonstrating at the same time our confidence in our ability to produce first class work.
Once a project is awarded, we prepare a development agreement detailing all technical aspects of the project including the exact time line for each of the project sections with final completion date.
After the Employer is happy and accepts the agreement the first escrow payment is made for the first milestone. After the first milestone is completed and the work has been checked by the employer and is approved the 2nd Milestone payment is due. This procedure is repeated until the project is 100% completed to the satisfaction of the Employer.
