Responsible for collaborating with senior leaders and Communication Teams to create, communicate, coordinate, and assist with the implementation of targeted marketing and advertising strategies that enable business growth.
As the Marketing Manager I worked together with the communications teams and the advertising agency to develop strategic marketing plans for the Local Health Ministries.
The duties included; being responsible for managing the social media networking and developing a website strategy for the company. The project required building a library of content and links for online branding and design. Through positive and creative strategies we developed online presence and continued growth.
Working with the design staff we ensured that brand identity remained consistent with the professionalism that the company offers in business. Working collaboratively with the designers and communications teams a plan was developed to prioritize projects and complete them in a timely manner. We had assembled a team of freelancer’s web developers when necessary and created design templates for assorted marketing collateral promotions.
In partnership with designers and communication teams, as a marketing manager I will ensure that brochures and other printed/web material requested by the are consistent with the organization's graphic standards, are of high quality and support the overall strategy.
