By making use of CMMI practices, our company is able to:

2. Reduce the number of changes due to incomplete or un-testable requirements by improving the gathering and documenting of business requirements.
3. Improve the accuracy of schedule and cost estimates.
4. More explicitly link management and engineering activities to their business objectives.

For medium to large size projects we require a web and/or software design contract agreement signed, 30% of the inital project cost to start the project. Then 60% on completion and 10% 30 days after completion that acts as a grace period of small modifications
