Payment Method:
For first time jobs, we can only work through the guru.com SafePay Escrow service using Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds. If payment via credit card or PayPal is requested, then the transaction fee's will be passed on to the client as a % surcharge.
After a rapport has been established between my company and a client, other payment terms can be discussed.
Communication:
A client can reach us by phone, e-mail, Skype, AOL IM, Google Talk, MSN or Yahoo chat services. I can use whatever means a client requests to communicate with them. E-mail is the best method if it is not time critical. We can also report on project status however often a client requests updates.
General Availability:
We keep regular office hours where we can usually be reached. However, most freelance work will actually be worked on during the evenings and weekends because it is usually project based and not office hours based. We can be very flexible and accommodating to our clients needs.
