Work Terms

Billing Rate and Terms
Base Rate of $50/Hour includes the following:
• Design: Concept, thumbnails, layouts, proofs
• Production: Design time, file conversions, prepping for output, PDFs, e-mailing
• Illustration: cartoon, logo art, pencil & inks, colorizing
• Administrative: Meetings, travel, deliveries (if local to Pittsburgh), mailing
• Computer generated multi-media, vector or pixel-based art
Client is responsible for any revisions or changes to the original assignment.
Rates: Based on normal turnaround (varies per scope of project) Rush (24 Hrs) charges are at 150%.
Terms: Please remit within 10 business days from date of receipt of invoice. A late charge of 18% APR will apply to all invoices where payment is not received within 30 days.
Note: Original artwork, including sketches and any other preliminary material, remains the property of the artist unless purchased of a separate fee.
