I have a bachelors degree in History/Political Science from Eureka College and an MBA from Kent State University. For the past seven years, I've worked as a financial analyst and Director of Finance. I have a history and passion for the improvement of back office operations (mostly via technology) and the use of Microsoft Excel to better understand the numbers behind a business. I've assisted businesses in a number of cost saving analysis involving dozens of degrees of variability. I've also been involved in extended budgets as part of a business planning process. In addition to this, I am an active investor with my own dashboards to monitor the financial health of organizations. I share this data as a contributor of Seeking Alpha.
