My name is Jon and I am the founder of ProjectsandAgents, a small team of callers out of Hempstead, New York. I have been in the telemarketing industry for 8 years now and have worked with people in various areas of telemarketing and customer service. I started off taking on small jobs on craigslist working from home when I was 17 years old setting up appointments for clients. I went on to working part time in a sales company known as "Strathmore’s who’s who". There I would sell directory space in the company's annual publishing to successful fortune 100 and fortune 500 executives. I majored in marketing and completed my associates’ degree and shortly after I was presented the opportunity to manage a call center in Bogota, Colombia. There, I was the senior sales manager of Apex Marketing, a fine company with standout ranking on Guru.com. I left to start my company, ProjectsAndAgents, which is made up of a small team of callers based out of Hempstead, Long Island NY.
Work Terms
How we work: As far as the calling software is concerned, we work with ringcentral VIOP system. All calls are recorded and provided to you in an online folder for you to hear the appointments for yourself.
If you do not have a CRM system in place to manage your leads, we can work via google docs from which you can track and view us work in real time. This allows us to provide as much transparency as possible as well as give you ability track your money. (ask for a demonstration!)
We offer an initial 2 week trial after that we ask for a monthly commitments. Hourly rate will be discussed and the money must be put into escrow before we can begin work
