Work Terms
|
The ideal work terms would be to conduct all accounts & projects transactions from our home office via teleconference or email. Unless otherwise noted due to clients needs. When conducting day to day business activities I am reachable by phone, fax, & email. Kii Media Group is available Monday - Friday: 8 am - 6 pm (ET).
In reference to compensation for project or projects done we would prefer to receive payments via direct deposit, check, money order or paypal account. When rendering samples of work I can guarantee a same day or next day turnaround depending on the extent & magnitude of the project.
We have many different payment plans available. We accept cash, check or credit. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. For all of our projects we require full payment for orders under $500 and a 50% down payment for orders above $500 of which the final payment is due at delivery of product/service. There will be an 18% monthly finance charge on all orders that exceed five days past due. We only give discounts to our multi-service customers and to existing customers who refer us to new customers.
