Work Terms
|
Engagements may be per hour or fixed fee.
All engagements are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure and Independant Contractor, Consulting and Scope of Services Agreeements.
All ownership rights in the finished work product will be conveyed to the client upon our receipt of full and final payment of all fees and expenses due and owing at the completion of the assignment.
Payments for services will be made through, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Guru.com payment and/or escrow services as provided.
Fixed fee projects are firm and final upon mutual execution of the Consulting and Scope of Services Agreements. However, should the client request changes in the agreed scope of services, all such work shall become a part of the agreement and shall be charged and invoiced as additional work as outlined in the consulting agreeement.
Payment Terms
30% due at execution of the consulting agreements
40% due upon submission of the first draft of the deliverables
30% due upon completion of the scope of work and final written acceptance of the work product.
Projects based on hourly fees shall be invoiced and payable weekly. We will submit a detailed statement of completed work with each invoice.
