Work Terms

As a freelance artist and designer, I hold myself to a very high code of ethics concerning all aspects of my business. This includes scheduling, contracts, work guarantees and payment exchanges.
Upon signing a contract for work (which I require), 1/3 to 1/2 of the total price of the project is due up front. This money goes to materials and cost of travel for me to work on your project. I take very little profit from the initial payment.
If for some reason a patron is not satisfied with my work, no refund is given (in my field, most of the money paid is invested in my work), however I will guarantee a solution to whatever problem should arise. To date, I have had no complaints with a completed project.
