I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Edinboro University. After 20 years of management and leadership experience with profit and non-profit organizations, I returned to academia in pursuit of my master's degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University-Weatherhead School of Management.
My interests are in the application and implication of Appreciative Inquiry, Kolb Learning Style Inventory, and Emotional and Social Intelligence on business and human systems (particularly customer experience management, business coaching, resident experience management and employee experience optimization and empowerment), urban public policy and community renewal, and economic development.
