More than eight year of working experience in development field. More than seven years and six months in Maternal and Child Health Care sector (Public Health) including 2 years in the management position. Which includes project designing, planning, coordinating, monitoring & staff management. I have experience on program management, tracking of budget/expenditure, capacity building of community with focus on staffs and community committee, reporting, networking, liaison & linkage through Rural Health Centers. I have also experience in coordinating of WaSH project activities of CSS. I have gained all these experiences from working at different positions in national and international organizations in Bangladesh. I have experienced to conduct advocacy at different level. I have good leadership, supervisory & analytical skills to lead a multidimensional team of health project.
