Most projects are quoted on a firm-fixed-price basis. To ensure an accurate time estimate and quote, clients are asked to describe the level of writing and/or editing required for their unique project.
The preferred method of payment for new clients is SafePay Escrow. Request 100% of the total charge be deposited in SafePay Escrow one day prior to the project start date. Once the project is completed and all deliverables are approved, funds may be released to Red Press, LLC. Full copyright ownership is granted to the client upon release of funds.
Preferred method of communication is e-mail, but telephone conferences may be easily arranged to suit client needs.
