I have been an independent architectural CAD consultant, providing architectural renderings and other services, since 1994. I am not a middleman passing the work elsewhere or to another country. When you talk to me, you are talking directly to the person who is really doing the work.

- Writing custom AutoLISP programs to customize your AutoCAD system.

- Creating and implementing your companies CAD/BIM standards and procedures.
- Creating custom AutoCAD Blocks or Revit families for architects or building material manufacturers.
- Troubleshooting issues you may have with respect to computer aided design.

Work Terms

• Payment Method:
I will only work with Employers who agree to the Escrow service (especially when working with an Employer for the first time).
I only accept payment by Check, E-Check, Wire Transfer, or SafePay Account Funds.
• General Availability:
I am typically available from 8:00AM till 5:00PM EST m-f.
• For 3D , computer modeled architectural renderings:
- Get a free personal online gallery.
I’ll put work-in-progress images on line for your review (or send them to you as email attachments if you prefer). You have control every step of the way.
- Get multiple views for free.
I will provide you with several different full-color 3D views of your building for you to verify the accuracy of the 3D model and for selecting the final rendering view. Please note that these will not be “finished” renderings. They will be of a lower resolution than the final rendering and will not have a sky, trees, plants, people, cars, etc.
- You approve the colors and materials.
If you have already decided on particular colors and materials, I will revise my colors and materials until they match those selected as close as possible. If not, I can suggest colors and materials for your building.
-Three day turnaround
This depends on the complexity of the project, but 3 days is typical.
- Get a poster sized image.
The final image I provide is 5400 pixels wide. This will allow you to generate up to a poster sized image that is crisp, clean and sharply detailed.
