Design and implementation of an Electronic Bill Presentment Platform for Nairobi City Council. This is a multi-channel platform that support three platforms for presentment of bills,queries and other services to the clients of City Council of Nairobi. The channels include Over The Counter(OTC) transactions, Mobile Interface(USSD,SMPP,WAP, mobile application: Android, Java and Windows Mobile) as well the through the web portal. Parent tasks that customers can carry out using the platform include: Querying Bills, Paying Bills as well as Compliance checking by the City Council Inspectorate.
