Work Terms

I prefer to work off of detailed specs but have no problem in building the specs through design meetings and research if design is unclear. I generally prefer a contract with an agreed upon payment for completion, either paid out as 50% up front and 50% upon completion, or portions paid based off of milestone deliverables as well as a portion paid in advance as a retainer for the work for more complex projects. I work from home and am available from 8am until 2pm Monday through Thursday for normal business discussions and available other times as agreed upon for meetings and discussions. I have no preference in communication (verbal, im, pm, or email) however any changes to specs or details outlined should be done via email in order to have a record retained of said detail.

All that being said, I am above all flexible and able to adjust and cooperate on any and all levels to ensure a successful and agreeable business relationship through the completion of the contract.
