Work Terms

Preferred work flow:

Before we start working on a project, we set up a meeting to assemble a list of ideas, guidelines, requirements, etc. We show the client the current trends, advise them on the available solutions and require and respect their input.

If the client requires design services, we first prepare a design mock-up and send it to the client for approval. If some changes/revisions are necessary, such will be made duly, and we'll send the updated version of the design project to the client for review. Once approved, the proposed design can only take minor changes depending on the specifics of the entire website project.

Then, we go on with building the actual website, which includes the necessary front-end and back-end programming. We work with the client to make sure their requirements in terms of functionality are met.

Communication channels:

We prefer email communication, as it helps us keep track of the entire communication flow. Skype and/or phone conversations are also an available option.

Availability:

- Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00 GMT)
- 24/7 availability is an option (depending on the project)

Payment terms:

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, we may require a certain portion of the negotiated project budget to be deposited upfront. That will never go beyond 25%.

We prefer the SafePay option provided by Guru.com. Other payment methods (including PayPal and online credit card transactions) are also available upon request.
